With over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, Dr. Pillai brings deep expertise in driving organizational transformation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across multi-site hospital networks.
Prior to joining Yellow Fertility, he served as Interim COO and Vice President – Group Operations at IHPL, where he managed a ₹300+ crore healthcare portfolio encompassing hospitals, fertility divisions, and nursing education institutions. His leadership contributed to remarkable expansion and improved patient outcomes.
