Wells Fargo has appointed Manoj Philip Mathen as Executive Director, Head of AI, Innovation & Modeling (India & Philippines), strengthening its leadership in artificial intelligence and digital innovation. With over 20 years of experience across AI, cloud, and large-scale digital transformation, Manoj brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Manoj spent nearly nine years at Oracle, most recently serving as Distinguished Cloud Architect at the JAPAC Cloud Engineering Center of Excellence. In this role, he enabled enterprises across Japan and Asia Pacific to accelerate AI/ML adoption on Oracle Cloud. He also contributed to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as a Software Architect, building lifecycle management solutions across SaaS, PaaS, DaaS, and IaaS.

Earlier, Manoj had a 13-year journey at Infosys, where he rose from Software Engineer to Senior Technology Architect, driving AI/ML strategies, cloud migrations, and digital transformation programmes for global clients. His expertise in applied AI, large language models, and hybrid cloud makes him a pivotal leader shaping Wells Fargo’s innovation agenda.
