Sanjay Kumar Pandey has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Greta Energy Ltd., a key subsidiary of the Greta Group. In this strategic role, he will spearhead the company’s HR function with a strong focus on nurturing a people-first culture, enhancing organizational capabilities, and aligning HR strategies with Greta Energy’s long-term vision of sustainable and green steelmaking.

In addition, Mr. Pandey will also lead HR and Administration at Shriram Food Industry, enabling synergies across the Group’s diversified businesses through robust people practices and engagement frameworks.

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, and Industrial Relations, he has held senior HR leadership positions in the steel, power, and manufacturing sectors. Recognized for his expertise in performance management, capability development, and employee engagement, he has successfully driven HR transformations and navigated complex industrial relations.

A certified Performance Management System Expert and Six Sigma Green Belt, Mr. Pandey is known for balancing strategic vision with operational excellence, key to building a future-ready, agile, and engaged workforce at Greta Group.
