With over 20 years of experience in HR and business operations, Raghavendra began his career with NetConnect and Paylink Financial Services, where he spent five years building a strong foundation in people management and operational excellence.

He then dedicated 15 years to Fidelis Technology Services Pvt Ltd, rising to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). During his tenure, he contributed significantly to business growth, HR strategy, operations, and compliance.
