Mangesh Barge, a highly versatile leader with over 20 years of global leadership expertise in the automotive and e-mobility industry, has taken charge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sterling Green Power Solutions: E-Mobility Division. He is recognized as a 40 Under 40 India CEO, PE Advisor, Strategy Consultant, and Angel Investor.

He specializes in setting the company’s overall strategic direction, driving operational, technological, and financial alignment, and shaping business growth strategies (organic and inorganic). His expertise also spans product innovation, team building, and developing customer-centric technological brands to enhance revenue, profitability, and shareholder value.

Prior to this role, Mangesh served as Group Business Head – Global PV Segment at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in scaling operations across global markets. He also held leadership positions as Business Head – E-Mobility at Valeo and Country Director – India/APAC at Aptiv, where he drove P&L management, innovation, and business transformation.
