Srinivas Injeti, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Indian Association for Gold Excellence and Standards (IAGES), has been appointed as the new Chairman of the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

A retired IAS officer with over 40 years of service, Injeti brings extensive expertise in strategy, policy-making, administration, and financial regulation. During his distinguished career, he served as Union Sports Secretary, Director General of the Sports Authority of India, Director at the Foreign Investment Promotion Board, and later as Chairman of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) from 2020 to 2023.
