With over two decades of association with the company, Roy brings deep institutional knowledge and proven leadership. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, where he played a pivotal role in scaling operations and enhancing business performance. Prior to that, as President – Engineering, he led product development and innovation for nearly 19 years, significantly contributing to the company’s technological advancement and global expansion.
