Visionary Leader Venkatesh Thenkarai has been appointed as Chief Digital Officer at Bahwan CyberTek, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates its global digital transformation strategy. In his new role, he will spearhead digital initiatives with a strong focus on AI-led transformation, enhancing technology capabilities, and driving innovation across client engagements worldwide.

Venkatesh brings extensive expertise in digital transformation, large-scale delivery, and technology leadership. Prior to joining Bahwan CyberTek, he served as Chief Delivery Officer and Corporate SVP at WNS, where he led complex technology deals, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise-wide transformation programs.

He has also held key leadership roles at Ciklum, where he built and scaled engineering capabilities in India, and spent over a decade at Cognizant, driving delivery excellence, account growth, and quality engineering initiatives.
