ZEE5 India has appointed Tejkarran Singh Bajaj as its new Business Head, marking a strategic leadership move as the platform accelerates its growth and innovation agenda in the digital entertainment space.

A member of ZEE5’s founding leadership team, Tejkarran played a pivotal role in shaping the platform’s early content strategy and Originals ecosystem. In his new position, he will oversee platform strategy, content growth, audience engagement, monetisation, strategic partnerships, and AI-driven innovation initiatives.

Tejkarran brings more than two decades of experience across OTT, digital media, content creation, branded entertainment, and business leadership. Prior to rejoining ZEE5, he served as Senior Vice President & Head – Originals at Jio Studios, where he led a successful multi-language slate of original productions. During his earlier tenure at ZEE5, he was instrumental in building the platform’s Originals portfolio and launching acclaimed titles such as Karenjit Kaur and Rangbaaz.

His extensive industry experience positions him strongly to drive ZEE5’s next phase of expansion and competitive growth.
