Ageas Federal Life Insurance (AFLI) has elevated Srijani Haldar to the position of National Head – IMF, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its distribution network and expanding its presence across the Insurance Marketing Firm (IMF) channel. In her new role, she will lead AFLI’s national IMF strategy, focusing on partner acquisition, distribution expansion, and revenue growth across India.

With over 23 years of experience in the life insurance industry, Srijani brings extensive expertise in sales leadership, distribution management, business strategy, sales training, and partner relationship management. An MBA graduate from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, she has built a distinguished career driving channel growth, managing large banking partnerships, and developing high-performing teams.

Prior to joining AFLI, Srijani held leadership positions with renowned insurers including Axis Max Life Insurance, PNB MetLife India Insurance, Aegon Life Insurance, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. Known for her strengths in strategic planning, partner engagement, and people development, she has consistently delivered business transformation and growth.

In her expanded role, Srijani will focus on strengthening AFLI’s IMF ecosystem, enhancing partner relationships, and driving sustainable business growth nationwide.
