Sumnaunsh’s professional journey at Bajaj Auto is a remarkable example of leadership development and career progression. Beginning as a fieldwork intern, he went on to serve as a Management Trainee and later Manager – HR, steadily taking on greater responsibilities while contributing to talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and people-centric initiatives across the company.

An alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Sumnaunsh combines a strong foundation in human resources and labour relations with valuable technical expertise gained during his early engineering career at Aker Solutions. His professional exposure also includes internships with Mahindra Group, Welspun Group, and Raychem RPG, enriching his understanding of business operations and workforce management.
