Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Damini Chaudhari as Vice President – Services, Greater India. In her new role, she will spearhead the company’s Services business with a sharp focus on strategic growth, customer transformation, and operational excellence.
Chaudhari succeeds Ramesh Jha, who has moved into a global role as Senior Vice President – Global Services Strategy and Operations at Schneider Electric. With more than 18 years of international experience spanning strategy, M&A, sales excellence, and CSR, she brings a strong track record of leading business transformation and forging impactful partnerships.
Since joining Schneider Electric in 2016 as M&A Director, Chaudhari has held several leadership positions, including Vice President – Strategic Partnerships and Head of GREENext, a joint venture with Temasek. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Strategy & M&A, Innovation & Start-ups, Greater India, driving alliances and innovation-led growth.
Her appointment reflects Schneider Electric’s commitment to building a future-ready, sustainable, and customer-centric services ecosystem in Greater India.
