DivyaSree Developers has appointed Industry Veteran Saurabh Katekar as its new Chief Operating Officer (RRE). With over 33 years of expertise in project execution, construction management, budgeting, costing, and P&L analysis, including 12 years of international experience in the Gulf, Katekar brings a wealth of leadership to his new role.

Throughout his career, he has successfully executed high-rise buildings, star hotels, mega integrated townships, and horizontal developments. Before joining DivyaSree, he served as National Head (Projects) at Arvind SmartSpaces, where he played a pivotal role in driving large-scale real estate projects across India.

Katekar’s professional journey also includes senior leadership roles at Kalpataru Limited, Shapoorji Pallonji Joyville, Lodha Group, Towell Construction (Muscat), Charlio’s Apostolide (Bahrain), and Larsen & Toubro, where he delivered landmark residential, commercial, and township projects.

At DivyaSree Developers, he will be steering execution excellence and operational strategies, further strengthening the company’s reputation as a trusted name in the real estate sector.
