Ravi led WhatsApp’s business messaging and payments operations in India as Country Director from July 2021 to September 2026, building and expanding the business in the market.
In his new role, he will focus on growing Meta’s enterprise business across APAC, helping organisations adopt solutions spanning business messaging, Meta Business Agents and Muse APIs as AI reshapes customer engagement and business operations.
Before joining WhatsApp, Ravi spent 13 years at Microsoft in senior roles across sales, strategy, business planning and channel management. He also served as Chief Operating Officer at Nazara Technologies and held a general management role at Sify.
