The funding will support the company’s lending expansion, with NeoGrowth aiming to grow its loan book to nearly Rs 3,000 crore before its next equity infusion, according to the company’s announcement.
Founded in 2011 by Dhruv Khaitan and Piyush Khaitan, NeoGrowth provides collateral-free and secured business loans to small enterprises. Its technology-driven lending model uses digital payment data, point-of-sale transactions and business cash flows to assess borrowers’ creditworthiness.
The company operates across more than 25 Indian cities, serves over 80 business segments and has supported more than one lakh businesses.
The latest fundraise comes as India’s digital lending sector expands its focus on underserved businesses. Technology-enabled credit assessment is helping lenders evaluate MSMEs with limited access to traditional financing, supporting broader credit access and business growth.
