Ramakrishna Chava has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Wipro Consulting, effective July 1, as the company strengthens its consulting execution and transformation capabilities globally.

The announcement was shared by Amit Kumar, who highlighted Wipro Consulting’s strategic move to integrate Strategy & Transformation with Business Operations into a unified team. The restructuring aims to create a stronger execution framework focused on measurable client outcomes, improved delivery quality, and operational efficiency.

Ramakrishna brings extensive consulting and operational leadership experience to the role. Prior to joining Wipro, he spent more than nine years at Accenture, where he held several leadership positions including Managing Director, Senior Manager, Engagement Manager, and Consultant across India and the United States.
