Rajiv Singh Bhadoria, an industry veteran with nearly 18 years of experience in insurance, has joined Kshema General Insurance Limited as Chief Operations Officer. In this role, he will head the company’s operations, driving strategic initiatives, business expansion, and operational excellence.

Rajiv brings extensive expertise in SBU management, sales, customer service, planning, recruiting, and customer retention, having successfully led both large-scale national expansions and lean, bootstrapped operations. Prior to joining Kshema, he spent over 17 years at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, holding leadership positions including Head of CDA, Head of Agency, and Zonal Business Head for the East Zone.

Earlier in his career, he served at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, heading the tied agency business for the East Zone. Rajiv holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDBM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has a proven track record of delivering growth, building high-performing teams, and enhancing operational efficiency across diverse business environments.

At Kshema, he is expected to strengthen operational capabilities and support the company’s vision of sustainable growth in the insurance sector.
