Kiwi General Insurance Limited has announced the appointment of Pratik Gupta as its Chief Distribution Officer - Retail. In this strategic leadership role, he will be responsible for building the distribution network from the ground up, driving customer-focused initiatives, and reimagining how insurance distribution operates in a fast-evolving market.

Pratik brings with him over two decades of experience in the insurance sector. He joins Kiwi after an accomplished tenure of more than eight years at TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited, where he served in multiple senior leadership roles, including Sr. EVP & Head - Agency and EVP - Health & Travel Agency. His contributions were instrumental in expanding distribution channels, strengthening agency networks, and delivering sustained business growth.

Earlier, he spent nearly 11 years at ICICI Lombard, holding leadership positions across retail products, branch banking, and strategy. His proven expertise in distribution and market expansion makes him a key addition to Kiwi’s leadership team.
