Flam, a pioneering immersive technology company, has announced the appointment of Nisha Krishan as its new Head of Partnerships & Alliances.

With over a decade of leadership experience, Nisha brings a strong track record in scaling practices, building alliances, and driving digital transformation. She spent several years at Everest Group, where she successfully scaled the Marketing and Interactive Experience practice, serving as Vice President and Practice Director, spearheading global digital experience strategies. Her career journey further includes impactful leadership roles at Evalueserve, Capgemini Invent, Practicing Strategists, and international research exposure at Laboratoire de biologie et de Pharmacologie Appliquée, France.

In her new role at Flam, Nisha will lead channel strategy, global growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships across emerging markets, positioning the company for its next phase of expansion. Alongside her new responsibility, she will also continue to serve as a Board Member at Futurris, strengthening her contributions to global innovation ecosystems.
