Jiju Varghese has been appointed as Vice President – Sales at Piramal Realty, further augmenting the leadership at the firm as it keeps pushing for more premium real estate developments with their innovative sales strategy.

An experienced individual in real estate, Jiju has a lot of experience under his belt in luxury residential sales, luxury asset management, business development, and sales leadership among others. Over time, he has become adept at developing successful revenue generation programs, portfolio management and leading effective sales teams.

Prior to his appointment at Piramal Realty, Jiju has worked with several other well-established real estate companies such as SD Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Kalpataru Limited and Lodha Group, where he has helped scale up luxury housing projects and enhance customer engagement in premium real estate sectors.

Given his collaborative leadership style and experience in the real estate sector, Jiju will certainly add value to the sales activities at Piramal Realty.
