Hero MotoCorp has announced the appointment of Harshavardhan Chitale as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 5, 2026. With over three decades of leadership experience across industrial automation, IT services, and lighting solutions, Harsh brings a proven record of driving transformation and business growth in global markets.

Before joining Hero MotoCorp, he held senior leadership roles at Signify, Philips Lighting India, HCL Infosystems Ltd., and Honeywell Automation India Limited, where he successfully scaled businesses, led digital transformation programmes, and fostered innovation across diverse sectors.
