Harshad Jain has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the FMCG business at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, bringing extensive leadership experience across consumer-facing industries, sales, marketing and business operations. His appointment marks a significant step in the group’s efforts to strengthen its presence in India’s fast-moving consumer goods market.
Harshad joins the role with a diverse professional background spanning aviation, media and telecommunications. He previously served as CEO - Non-Aero at Adani Airport Holdings Limited, where his responsibilities included business operations and commercial performance.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at HT Media’s Fever FM and Radio One, Bharti Airtel and WorldSpace. His experience covers profit and loss management, business expansion, distribution strategy, brand development, customer engagement and revenue growth.
Throughout his career, Harshad has worked across different business environments, building expertise in commercial strategy, market development and organisational growth. His cross-industry experience is expected to support the FMCG business as it pursues its growth ambitions.
