Col Rishi Raj C. has taken on a new role as Chief Security Officer at DCM Shriram Chemicals in Bharuch, Gujarat, bringing extensive experience in security management, strategic leadership, human resources and administrative operations.
Before joining DCM Shriram Chemicals, Rishi served as Head of Security at Adani Power, where he focused on security management, risk assessment and safeguarding critical infrastructure.
His professional journey also includes nearly six years of service in the Indian Army, where he developed expertise in team leadership, operational planning and workforce management. Subsequently, he held senior leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Administrative Officer, as well as Director of Administration and Chief Planning Officer.
With a strong foundation in military service and corporate security, Rishi brings a combination of operational discipline, strategic planning and people management to his new responsibilities. His experience in building security frameworks and coordinating diverse teams will support DCM Shriram Chemicals in strengthening security operations and maintaining a safe working environment.
