The Access Group has appointed Arup Mukherjee as Head of Marketing, Hospitality APAC, strengthening its leadership presence across the Asia-Pacific hospitality technology ecosystem. In his new role, Arup will lead regional marketing strategy, focusing on brand growth, demand generation, customer engagement, and expanding The Access Group’s hospitality footprint across APAC markets.
Arup is an experienced B2B marketing professional with over 16 years of industry experience with specialization in technology marketing, growth strategies, and regional market development in APAC, EMEA, and emerging geographies. Arup has had the honor of working with Wolters Kluwer, where he helped in setting up the marketing organization and building a complete MarTech stack. He has also worked for Gartner as an India GTS Marketing Manager and was involved in running the regional field marketing operation for Cvent.
This appointment becomes even more relevant when we consider that hospitality organizations are adopting technology and AI-based solutions to manage their operations and optimize customer experience.
