Trehan Iris has announced the appointment of Apurva Pundir as Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO), marking a significant addition to its leadership team. With more than 15 years of HR leadership experience, Apurva brings a proven track record of driving people-centric strategies, cultural transformation, and digital HR innovation.

Apurva joins Trehan Iris from KPMG India, where he played a pivotal role in shaping people strategies and leading organizational transformations. Prior to that, he was with Cognizant, successfully managing large-scale talent acquisition and transformation projects. His career began at Bharti Airtel, providing him with a strong foundation in HR operations and people management.

In his new role, Apurva will be responsible for leading the company’s people and culture agenda, fostering employee engagement, and strengthening organizational capabilities as Trehan Iris continues to create iconic spaces that promote holistic wellbeing and thriving communities.
