Vertiv to Acquire King Environmental Services to Expand Global Fluid Management

Vertiv has entered into an agreement to acquire King Environmental Services Ltd. (KES), a Europe-based provider of fluid management, commissioning and load-testing services for high-density, liquid-cooled data centres. The acquisition is expected to expand Vertiv’s thermal management services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Mythic AI Launches Bengaluru Centre of Excellence to Scale Semiconductor Engineering

Austin, Texas-headquartered Mythic AI has launched a Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru as the semiconductor company expands its engineering presence in India. Mythic AI plans to quadruple the size of its India engineering team by the first quarter of 2027. The Bengaluru centre will support the development of Mythic AI’s analogue AI chips across VLSI design, physical design, design-for-test and systems engineering. The expansion is aimed at strengthening the company’s engineering capabilities as it advances its AI computing technology.

Physical AI startup SiMa.ai has raised $150 million in a Series C funding round co-led by Fidelity Management and Research Company and Amplify Partners. The round also saw participation from Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital, StepStone Group, AllianceBernstein, Baron Capital and J.P. Morgan.
