In his new role, Sparsh will lead and deliver internal hiring initiatives across Diageo globally, with a focus on strengthening talent mobility and creating effective internal career opportunities.
Before joining Diageo, Sparsh spent over three years at Nokia, most recently serving as Head of Internal Talent Acquisition – India. During his tenure, he led end-to-end internal hiring programs, talent attraction initiatives, process improvements, career advisory efforts, and team mentoring.
His earlier experience includes leadership and talent acquisition roles at IndiGo, Boeing, and Ericsson, where he worked across recruitment, employee relations, corporate hiring, technology recruitment, and campus hiring.
Sparsh’s extensive experience in talent acquisition and internal mobility will support Diageo’s focus on building a strong, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace.
