Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited has announced the appointment of Sitaram Kandi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective July 1, 2026. An accomplished HR leader and alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Sitaram Kandi brings decades of rich leadership experience across leading global and Indian organizations, including Tata Motors, GE, Mustafa Sultan Enterprises LLC, Monsanto Company, TE Connectivity, Bosch India, and Videocon Industries.

His expertise spans manufacturing HR, employee relations, organizational development, labor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and workforce transformation. Over the years, he has successfully led strategic HR initiatives that supported business growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.
