Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd has announced the appointment of Akash Talesara as its Chief Executive Officer, reinforcing the company’s commitment to accelerated growth and innovation in the gems and jewellery sector.

A distinguished alumnus of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Gandhinagar, with advanced management education from IIM, Akash brings over two decades of industry experience across product development, merchandising, sales, brand building, and strategic business expansion.

As CEO, he will lead the company’s vision, revenue growth initiatives, market expansion strategies, and key client partnerships. His focus will include strengthening domestic and international distribution networks, expanding high-potential markets, and driving growth across the company’s portfolio, including STAR Mangalsutra, Sparkling Chains, Speed Bangles, diamond jewellery, and lab-grown jewellery segments.

Akash will also play a pivotal role in investor engagement, corporate strategy, innovation-led merchandising, and cross-functional leadership. Under his leadership, Sky Gold & Diamonds aims to enhance shareholder value, strengthen its global presence, and further establish itself as a leading growth story in the luxury jewellery industry.
