Having spent nearly five years with Nissan, she has played a key role in advancing people strategies, talent development initiatives, and HR operations across the organization.

Prior to her appointment, Sevdiye served as Human Resources Manager at Nissan Motor Corporation, where she contributed to workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Her elevation reflects the company’s confidence in her leadership capabilities and deep understanding of Nissan’s people and culture agenda.

Before joining Nissan, she built a diverse and impactful career with globally recognized organizations including Sabanci University, Vodafone, Sony, Procter & Gamble, and IBM. Across these roles, she gained extensive experience in employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, project management, and HR transformation.
