Throughout his career, he has successfully built talent pipelines, led recruitment teams, managed large-scale hiring programs, and supported business growth across multiple geographies.
Prior to joining Ideagen, he held key leadership roles with Prolifics, Uniphore, Pactera EDGE, Diebold Nixdorf, Apps Associates, and Hitachi Consulting, gaining expertise in technology hiring, employer branding, candidate experience, stakeholder management, and global transition initiatives.
Known for aligning hiring strategies with business objectives, Sai has consistently delivered scalable recruitment solutions while enhancing organizational capability and workforce readiness. His broad experience positions him strongly to lead Ideagen’s talent acquisition agenda in India.
