Hexagon AB has appointed Visionary Leader Renée Rädler as Chief People Officer, marking a strategic move to strengthen its global people and culture agenda. In this role, she will lead the organization’s HR strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational transformation, and building a high-performance culture across regions.

Rädler brings extensive global HR leadership experience from within Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, where she held several senior positions, including Executive Vice President – Global HR. She has been instrumental in shaping culture, driving talent strategy, and leading transformation initiatives across diverse geographies.

Prior to Hexagon, she held key roles at dormakaba, AGCO Corporation, and KVT Koenig Verbindungstechnik, gaining deep expertise in post-merger integration, HR business partnering, and global workforce strategy.
