Dabur Research Foundation has announced the appointment of Visionary Leader Priyanka Gaur as its new Head of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team with a seasoned HR professional known for driving people strategy, organizational transformation, and talent development.

Priyanka brings extensive experience across human resources, leadership hiring, talent management, learning and development, business consulting, and strategic partnerships. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions across diverse industries, building expertise in aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Before joining Dabur Research Foundation, she served as Associate Partner at FyneHand, Client Partner at NGS Global, General Manager - Strategic Alliances and Sales at Reliance Entertainment, and Head of Human Resources at Proterial Ltd. She has also held key HR and leadership roles at Escorts Kubota Limited, NDTV, Hindustan Times, and JLL.

Priyanka’s diverse leadership experience is expected to play a key role in shaping the foundation’s future talent and growth agenda.
