With nearly two decades of experience in human resources and talent leadership, Priya brings extensive expertise in people strategy, organizational development, culture transformation, leadership development, talent management, and workforce capability building. Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles at Allstate India, Nuvolo, Zensar Technologies, Black & Veatch, Suzlon Wind Energy Corporation (SWECO), and Ma Foi Management Consultants (Randstad).

Priya has successfully led large-scale HR transformation programs, employee experience initiatives, leadership development frameworks, and HR digitalization projects across global enterprises and high-growth organizations. Her ability to align people strategies with business objectives has helped organizations build agile, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces.
