Prashant Mantri has taken on the role of Program Head – Liabilities Growth Initiatives at AU Small Finance Bank, marking another significant milestone in his 21-year banking career.

With extensive experience across retail banking, customer acquisition, customer experience, and business management, Prashant’s journey began in frontline branch banking, where he developed deep insights into customer behavior, branch operations, and business growth. Over the years, he progressed into leadership roles, driving team performance and business execution across larger banking units.

A key phase of his career was his transition to the Strategy function within the MD’s Office, where he contributed to enterprise-wide initiatives spanning governance, operations, technology, digital transformation, and business strategy. His work included implementing machine learning-based business scorecards, optimizing manpower structures, promoting AI adoption, and enhancing organizational capability building.
