FORVIA has appointed Pankaj Kapoor as President, FORVIA Group India, where he will oversee the company’s Faurecia and HELLA businesses across the country.
In his new role, Pankaj will manage operations spanning Seating, Electronics, Clean Mobility, Lighting and Lifecycle Solutions, with a focus on strengthening FORVIA’s market position, driving innovation and delivering operational excellence.
Pankaj joins FORVIA from Cummins India, where he most recently served as Vice President – DBU & NRP and Board Member, Valvoline Cummins. He held overall P&L responsibility for sales and service operations across on-highway, off-highway, manufacturing and recon parts businesses.
Earlier, he served as Vice President – Components Business at Cummins India and as Vice President & Managing Director at Hyva India. His career also includes leadership roles at Tenneco, AMR AI Digital, Omax Autos, Motherson Group, Federal-Mogul Motorparts and Uno Minda.
With nearly three decades of experience across automotive and manufacturing, Pankaj brings extensive expertise in P&L management, operations, sales, engineering and business growth.
