Mayoor Sinha has stepped into a new leadership role as Zonal Head Retail, Lucknow at ICICI Bank, marking another significant milestone in his distinguished banking and financial services career.

With nearly 19 years of exemplary experience spanning retail banking, sales and business development, product management, channel management, team leadership, and training & development, Mayoor has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to drive business growth and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has built expertise in managing diverse banking portfolios across retail liabilities, retail assets, investment products, and business banking.

Prior to this appointment, he served in senior regional leadership roles, overseeing sales, service, and distribution functions across multiple customer segments. His experience includes leading branch networks and outbound sales teams while driving customer acquisition, portfolio expansion, and market growth initiatives.

In his new role, Mayoor will be responsible for strengthening ICICI Bank’s retail banking presence in the Lucknow region, enhancing customer engagement, and accelerating business performance through strategic leadership and execution.
