GCC
The fellowship focuses on three core areas: GCC leadership, AI fluency and executive presence. Its practical curriculum covers investment cases, build-versus-buy decisions, capability design and mandate pitches, equipping participants to navigate strategic decisions and take on greater leadership responsibilities within Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
According to GCC Foundry, India has approximately 6,500 GCC leadership positions, a figure projected to exceed 30,000 by 2030. The institution estimates that nearly 70% of current leadership demand cannot be met by the available talent supply, highlighting a growing need for professionals with enterprise-level leadership capabilities.
GCC Foundry brings together more than 80 experienced GCC leaders to help senior professionals strengthen their strategic, technological and leadership skills.
The initiative aims to address the leadership talent gap as India’s GCC ecosystem evolves towards more strategic, AI-driven and enterprise-focused operations.
