Fibe, formerly known as EarlySalary, has appointed Vivek Sapre as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing extensive experience across human resources, people strategy, organisational development and talent management.
Vivek brings a career spanning financial services, fintech, education and professional services. Before joining Fibe, he served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Veranda Learning Solutions, where he led the group-level people function and worked closely with the leadership team on its human resources agenda.
Earlier, Vivek held senior HR roles at NeoGrowth Credit, L&T Finance and EY, gaining expertise across HR leadership, employee engagement, talent management and organisational transformation. An MBA graduate from XLRI – Xavier School of Management, his experience across fintech, edtech and NBFC businesses positions him to strengthen Fibe’s people function.
In his new role, Vivek will focus on shaping Fibe’s people practices and supporting its continued growth as a digital financial-services platform.
