In a strategic move to enhance its retail banking capabilities, YES Bank has appointed Visionary Leader Dinesh Gadolia as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager. Based in Jodhpur, the appointment underscores the bank’s focus on driving customer-centric growth and operational excellence at the branch level.

Dinesh brings strong experience in retail and MSME banking, with a proven track record in branch leadership and business expansion. Prior to this role, Dinesh served as Business Branch Head – MSME at IndusInd Bank, where he led growth initiatives and strengthened SME portfolios. Earlier, Dinesh spent over five years at ICICI Bank, holding key roles including Branch Manager and Deputy Branch Manager, gaining expertise in customer service, operations, and team management.

At YES Bank, Dinesh will focus on deepening customer relationships, accelerating business growth, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational frameworks.
