WinWire, a global data, analytics, and AI services firm, has appointed Jayakumar A.S. as Vice President – Talent Acquisition, strengthening its leadership team at a pivotal stage of global expansion.

Jayakumar steps into this strategic role as WinWire accelerates its growth across Agentic AI, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Digital Platform services, serving clients worldwide. In his new position, he will be responsible for building and scaling high-performance, future-ready technology and AI talent ecosystems aligned with WinWire’s aggressive transformation and growth agenda.

With a proven legacy of building world-class talent engines across leading data and technology organizations, Jayakumar brings deep expertise in scaling talent strategies for complex, high-growth environments. At Sigmoid, he led global hiring charters, strengthening analytics and data science pipelines at scale. During his tenure at TridentTech Inc., he played a key role in establishing high-end AI, ML, cloud, and data engineering Centers of Excellence across healthcare, BFSI, and supply chain analytics enabling rapid scale in high-impact analytics domains.

Earlier in his career at HCLTech, Jayakumar led offshore talent acquisition for high-growth engineering R&D verticals, including medical devices, office automation, and pharmaceutical ecosystems. His foundational leadership roles at BankBazaar, CRISIL (S&P), and HCL Technologies further strengthened his expertise in infrastructure workforce planning, HR analytics, and compliance-driven talent models.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur (PGCHRM) and Loyola College – Pondicherry University (MBA-HRM), Jayakumar combines strong academic grounding with deep execution leadership in global talent strategy.
