Sheetal brings extensive experience in HR operations, HR service delivery and regional people management. Before her elevation, she served as Senior Manager – HR Operations, APAC, CIS and Manager – HR Operations, APAC at Wabtec. Earlier, she was Senior Lead – Human Resources, India, APAC & Australia at Atkins, followed by leadership roles at Ola and Accenture, building expertise in HR strategy, employee services and operational leadership.
Her experience is expected to strengthen Wabtec’s regional HR capabilities, enhance employee experience and drive more effective people operations across its key markets.
