Waaree Group has appointed Himanshi Jain as Head – Organization Design & Talent Management. In this role, she will lead organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership capability development, supporting workforce transformation across the group’s expanding renewable energy businesses.

Himanshi brings exemplary experience in human resources transformation, workforce planning, and leadership development. Prior to joining Waaree Group, she served as Assistant Vice President – Organization Effectiveness & Transformation at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, where she led enterprise HR transformation initiatives, culture-building programs, and strategic workforce planning.

Earlier in her career, she held key HR leadership roles at Felix Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., Advantmed, and TASK Staffing Solutions Private Limited, building strong expertise in talent management and organizational development.
