Great Place To Work India has appointed Steffanie Mathews as Vice President – People & Culture (HR), strengthening the organization’s leadership team and reinforcing its commitment to building a strong people-first workplace culture.

With close to nine years of experience in human resources, Steffanie brings deep expertise in people strategy, employee engagement, communication, talent management, and business alignment. In her new role, she will focus on enhancing HR initiatives, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting employee-centric growth strategies across the company.

Prior to joining Great Place To Work India, Steffanie held HR leadership and talent management roles at renowned organizations including The Walt Disney Company, Disney Star, Deloitte India, Svasti Microfinance, and Balaji Telefilms Ltd. Her diverse cross-industry experience has helped her build strong capabilities in organizational development, HR operations, and workforce transformation.
