Most recently, Samantha served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Verizon, where she led enterprise-wide workforce strategies, talent development initiatives, and large-scale transformation programs supporting business growth and innovation. Prior to Verizon, she spent more than 14 years at American Express, holding several senior leadership roles across global talent management, learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Her career also includes experience with JPMorgan Chase and EY, providing a strong foundation in business operations, human capital strategy, and leadership excellence.
