Company (HOEC), bringing nearly three decades of expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and board advisory. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Founder of PG & Associates, she is widely recognised for her contributions to company law consultancy, secretarial audits, and governance advisory for listed and government organisations.

Grover currently serves as a Regional Council Member of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICSI and made history as the first woman Treasurer of NIRC in 2023. She is also a Peer Reviewer with ICSI, a registered Social Impact Assessor, and a certified CSR professional.

Her appointment reinforces HOEC’s focus on strong governance, board diversity, and responsible leadership. Grover continues to champion women’s empowerment, workplace dignity, and inclusive corporate practices through her extensive professional and social contributions.
