Prasad Chavare has been reappointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer – India and Southeast Asia at Foseco India Limited for a further five-year term from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2031. The decision underscores the Board’s continued confidence in his leadership and signals strategic continuity during a pivotal phase of regional expansion.

Since assuming leadership, Chavare has prioritized operational excellence, customer-centric engagement, and structural resilience across India and Southeast Asia. His tenure has been marked by strengthened execution capabilities, deeper client partnerships, and disciplined growth in competitive industrial markets.

Prior to joining Foseco India, he served as Country Leader – India Business and Whole-time Director at Cummins Technologies India Limited. He has also held senior leadership positions at Hilti Group and across multiple entities within Cummins Inc.. He began his professional career with ThyssenKrupp India, building foundational expertise in industrial sales and project execution.
