Nitu Bhushan (She/Her) has been named Head - Human Resources at Nestle India, with her appointment effective March 2, 2026. She currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Pernod Ricard India for South Asia, leading people strategy across a dynamic, global consumer business.

A seasoned HR leader, Nitu brings extensive experience across global and Indian organisations, having held leadership roles at Abbott, Mondelēz International, and HSBC. Her career spans multiple sectors including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and financial services, equipping her with a strong blend of strategic insight and execution excellence.

In her new role, Nitu will focus on strengthening Nestlé India’s people agenda, nurturing a high-performance culture, and building future-ready workforce capabilities aligned with the company’s long-term growth vision in India.
