In this role, he will oversee financial strategy, operational discipline, and value creation as the company continues to strengthen its market position in the region’s evolving telecom landscape.

Nakul has been closely associated with the financial integration of True Corporation and dtac following their landmark amalgamation in 2023, contributing to the alignment of financial operations and integration of business processes across the merged entity.

He brings extensive global finance leadership experience, having held senior roles at Bharti Airtel, dtac, and Digi Telecommunications. Over the years, he has developed strong expertise in telecom finance, strategic planning, and operational efficiency within large-scale telecommunications organizations.
