Maithili Tembe has been appointed as Assistant Vice President at Stratacent, bringing over 17 years of exemplary global HR leadership experience to the role. Her appointment underscores the company’s commitment to building a strong people strategy and fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces.

With deep expertise in talent strategy, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), organizational development, and culture transformation, Maithili has led impactful HR initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and the United States. In her new position, she will focus on advancing leadership development, strengthening organizational capabilities, and driving inclusive workplace practices aligned with business growth.

Prior to joining Stratacent, Maithili held a senior HR leadership role at PTC, where she successfully managed large-scale HR programs for a workforce of over 2,500 employees. She played a key role in embedding DEI frameworks, reducing attrition, and enhancing employer branding.
